Overview
Wanping has been making electro-vacuum devices for more than 50 years. The work covers ceramic vacuum relays, vacuum capacitors, switch tubes, vacuum interrupters, and related vacuum switching assemblies.
Inside the factory, 12 vacuum furnaces and eight post-assembly processing systems handle the main production work. They are used for sealed ceramic-and-metal vacuum parts, structure-based precision assembly, and production planned around the finished product model.

Vacuum processing and sealed assemblies
Vacuum processing comes first in Wanping's electro-vacuum production. Relays, capacitors, and switch tubes all place the working parts inside sealed ceramic-and-metal bodies, which means the internal parts have to be set in place before the enclosure is closed.
The 12 vacuum furnaces are used for these sealed assemblies. Before furnace processing, relay contact units, capacitor electrode systems, and switch-tube contact structures are prepared to match the enclosure size and internal layout. A relay, a capacitor, and a switch tube may all need vacuum processing, but they are not treated as the same furnace load.
The sealed assembly is not just a shell. It holds the vacuum space around the contacts, electrodes, or switching parts, while also linking the inside assembly to the outside terminals and mounting structure.
Assembly by product structure
The assembly process changes from product to product. In a vacuum relay, the contact system is built into the ceramic-and-metal enclosure first, then the coil, terminals, and mounting parts are added. The sequence follows the relay's contact layout, coil structure, and terminal arrangement.
For vacuum capacitors, the main job is placing the electrode system inside the sealed enclosure. Fixed models use a stable electrode arrangement. Variable models add moving and adjustment parts, so the assembly route is different even though the vacuum-capacitor principle is the same.
For switch tubes and vacuum interrupters, the fixed and moving contacts, conducting parts, shields, bellows, and ceramic parts are brought together before sealing. Once furnace processing is finished, most of that internal structure cannot be adjusted again. Positioning and fit have to be settled at the first assembly stage.
For complete vacuum circuit breakers, Wanping pairs the selected vacuum interrupter with the operating mechanism, insulation parts, main-circuit terminals, and support structure. That work is breaker assembly, not the same step as manufacturing the internal electro-vacuum component.

Production by exact model
Wanping arranges production by the full product model and confirmed component structure. Two products may look similar from the outside but use different contacts, coils, electrodes, terminals, ceramic dimensions, or installation interfaces. For that reason, the component set and assembly route are chosen by model, not by appearance or broad category.
