Overview

Wanping checks electro-vacuum devices against the risks that come from their actual construction, not through a generic final inspection. Vacuum relays, vacuum capacitors, switch tubes, vacuum interrupters, and vacuum circuit breaker assemblies rely on sealed ceramic-and-metal structures, stable insulation, reliable contact or electrode behavior, and repeatable production by model.

Each stage, from incoming parts to batch release, follows the product structure and confirmed electrical requirements. The process keeps the sealed assembly, vacuum processing, electrical performance, and finished batch matched to the specified model before shipment.

Incoming material inspection

Incoming inspectors check the parts that affect sealing, insulation, current flow, and assembly fit. Ceramic bodies, metal components, contact and electrode materials, coils, terminals, bellows, shields, insulation parts, and mounting interfaces are reviewed for dimensions, surface condition, and fit with the confirmed product structure.

The checks vary by product type. Vacuum relays need stable contact materials, coil assemblies, terminal layout, and sealed enclosures. Vacuum capacitors need consistent electrode parts, ceramic bodies, and adjustment structures. Switch tubes and vacuum interrupters need controlled contact alignment, sound bellows, shields, ceramic parts, and conductive paths before vacuum processing.

Vacuum processing

Wanping uses vacuum welding furnaces and post-assembly processing equipment to make sealed vacuum components. Before furnace processing, the factory assembles relay contact systems, capacitor electrode systems, and switch-tube contact structures to the confirmed model. Similar outside shapes may still use different internal contacts, electrodes, terminals, or ceramic dimensions.

At this stage, inspectors pay attention to ceramic-to-metal sealing, internal component position, and the link between the working parts inside the device and the external terminals. After a vacuum assembly is sealed, the internal structure cannot be adjusted like an open mechanical part. That is why the fit and processing route are controlled before sealing.

Electrical testing

Electrical testing checks whether each product fits its operating role. High-voltage products go through insulation and withstand checks; vacuum relays are tested for contact resistance, coil operation, and switching response; vacuum capacitors are checked for capacitance stability, insulation, and adjustment reliability; switch tubes and vacuum interrupters are checked for contact condition, insulation structure, and current-carrying path.

After assembly, aging and stabilization treatment confirms that the finished device keeps stable electrical behavior after vacuum processing. A product moves to the next step only when the required electrical checks match the confirmed model and application conditions.

Final inspection

Final inspection ties the test result to the shipment batch. Before packing, inspectors check the product model, appearance, enclosure condition, terminal position, mounting interface, label information, and key electrical results.

For batch release, the finished product, inspection record, and order specification must match. This step keeps mixed models, wrong terminal arrangements, visible defects, or inconsistent batch status out of shipment.

Quality system

Wanping's quality management covers incoming inspection, vacuum processing control, electrical testing, aging control, final inspection, and batch release records. It is backed by long production experience in passive electro-vacuum devices, vacuum processing equipment, testing instruments, and military product quality management system certification.

The system stays close to the quality risks that affect field performance: vacuum sealing for enclosed devices, insulation stability for high-voltage use, contact and electrode consistency for electrical performance, assembly fit for installation, and repeatable batch control for long-term supply.
