Core Materials and Components

Ceramic Enclosures and Insulation Parts
Vacuum capacitors use high-strength ceramic as the sealing enclosure around the electrode system. Ceramic vacuum interrupters and switch tubes use special ceramic housings to combine electrical insulation with the sealed arc-extinguishing chamber. The ceramic dimensions and metal interfaces are matched to the internal component layout of the specific product.
Oxygen-Free Copper Electrodes and Conductive Parts
Fixed capacitors retain a defined electrode relationship. Variable capacitors add moving electrodes and adjustment components to change the effective electrode overlap. Conductive copper parts also connect the internal electrode system with the external terminals and carry current through the completed device.

Contact Systems and Electrode Materials
Vacuum relay contacts open and close high-voltage circuits inside a sealed vacuum chamber. Wanping relay products use non-magnetic, highly conductive metal contacts selected around the required switching voltage, current and contact structure.
Coils, Bellows, Shields and Moving Components
A vacuum relay combines its sealed contact unit with a coil system, terminals and mounting components. The coil generates the operating movement required to change the contact position, while the terminal layout connects the relay to the external circuit.

Material Systems by Product
Vacuum Relays
Wanping vacuum relays combine a ceramic-and-metal sealed enclosure, conductive contact system, coil assembly, terminals and mounting parts. The contact material, coil structure and terminal arrangement change according to the required voltage, current, contact form and product model.
Vacuum Capacitors
Wanping vacuum capacitors combine a ceramic sealing enclosure with oxygen-free copper electrodes and conductive terminals. Variable models also contain moving electrode and adjustment assemblies that control the capacitance range.
Switch Tubes and Vacuum Interrupters
Switch tubes and vacuum interrupters combine a ceramic enclosure, fixed and moving contacts, conductive stems, bellows, shields and metal interfaces. These parts form the sealed switching chamber used for current conduction and circuit interruption.

Material and Component Verification
Before assembly, Wanping checks ceramic bodies, metal components, contact and electrode parts, coils, terminals, bellows, shields, insulation parts and mounting interfaces against the confirmed product structure.
The inspection covers component identity, dimensions, surface condition and assembly fit. Vacuum relays are checked around their contact, coil, terminal and enclosure systems. Vacuum capacitors are checked around their electrode, ceramic and adjustment structures. Switch tubes and vacuum interrupters are checked around contact alignment, bellows, shields, ceramic parts and conductive paths before vacuum processing.
