Typical uses include high-voltage communication modules, radar high-voltage sections, pulse equipment, automatic grounding systems, and control or insulation circuits that remain at high potential for long periods. JPK-13/013 lists working-voltage values from DC/50 Hz to 32 MHz. RF and high-voltage control circuits can be checked at their actual operating frequency instead of using one voltage value for every condition.

 

DPDT transfer for two high-voltage paths

Its two-pole changeover contact transfers two isolated circuits with one operating mechanism. Paired signal, grounding, or polarity-transfer paths therefore receive the same switching command without two separate relays.

 

Specified open-state insulation resistance

JPK-13/013 is rated at no less than 10,000 MOhm across open contacts and from contacts to case. This gives measurement and control circuits a stated leakage limit for selection and incoming verification.

Before furnace processing, technicians verify the internal contact geometry, ceramic-to-metal fit, and the relationship between the contact unit and high-voltage terminals.

 

The finished relay is tested for insulation and withstand voltage according to the confirmed model, then checked for contact resistance, coil operation, and switching response. Release requires the relay model, terminal position, mounting interface, label, electrical results, and order specification to agree.

Q: Can I order one relay for equipment verification?

A: Yes. Available standard models can be supplied from 1 piece for installation and electrical checks. A modified model moves to sample production only after the specification and drawing are confirmed.

Q: What packaging is used for high voltage relays?

A: Each relay is identified by model and packed so the ceramic body, high-voltage terminals, coil leads, and mounting parts cannot strike each other. The quantity and transport route determine whether reinforced export cartons or cases are used.

Q: Does the internal vacuum insulation eliminate the need for external clearance?

A: No. The vacuum chamber controls insulation inside the relay. The surrounding equipment must still provide the required creepage, clearance, shielding, grounding, and insulation around the terminals.

Q: Can the coil remain energized continuously?

A: Only coils rated for continuous duty should remain energized. The selected coil voltage, allowed voltage variation, ambient temperature, ventilation, and temperature rise must all stay within the model data.
